Well, I usually try to be encouraging...I must tell you tonight, I have heard many people this week talk about NOT GIVING UP...Never quit...DON'T STOP....on a variety of messages on ministries via radio...fb...twitter...our ministry too...then I realized I was part of committing a disservice to those reading or listening..... So..... let me amend.... NEVER GIVE UP....DON'T STOP....NEVER QUIT.... UNLESS.... You... steal, smoke, bite your nails, bicker, complain, argue over stupid minutia, go to the left or the right when GOD says NO, gossip, spit on sidewalks, pick your nose, floss in public, or try to eat grilled chicken with a spork! GIVE IT UP! STOP THAT! QUIT IT! I'm sure there are more....help me out! And have a wonderful weekend! Homeschool lesson of a 5 year old Josh when asked to write why brothers should not fight (thank goodness we moved on to phonics after this)....I think both Abraham and Jacob could have used this advise to teach their children! Joshua is now 18 and graduating this year...I think he should run on this platform for public office!!!

If you don't think GOD has a sense of Humor...where have you been? Have you ever seen an Aardvark? How about a Platypus? Ever read about Balaam's talking Donkey?
You can read the whole account in Numbers 22 in the Bible, but here's a priceless moment:
Numbers 22:28 Then the LORD opened the donkey's mouth, and she said to Balaam, "What have I done to you to make you beat me these three times?"
29 Balaam answered the donkey, "You have made a fool of me!
Seriously, the donkey didn't MAKE a fool out of Balaam, whose the one talkin' to a DONKEY?
GOD gave us some funny stuff!
So laugh a little today. God loves you and sometimes we just need to down right crack up!
